福岡市太宰府にある蕎麦屋さんです。こじんまりとしたお店で、夫婦で営まれていました。
休日お昼過ぎに訪問し、ちょうど満席だったので15分くらい待ちました。
◻︎「誇名庵盛そば」/800円
本当は十割蕎麦が食べたかったのですが、品切れと言われ、二八蕎麦のこちらにしました。
全体的にさらりとした蕎麦で、するするといただけました。蕎麦粉の風味も程よく感じられました。
混んでいたせいか、店員さんはかなり忙しそうでした。ごちそうさまでした。
