3ヵ月振りの来店です
前回は14時の回でしたが今回は11時半からの回です
博多市内から少し離れているので車で来られる方が多いですね
地方特有の広い店内はカウンターのみで定員10名
私は乗せてきてもらったのでビールからいただきます
つまみから始まり握りへと移行です
つまみが8品、今回はトラフグが多かったです
てっさに白子に唐揚げと豪華です
握りが11貫に椀と玉
握りは大きくお腹いっぱいです
松葉ガニも大きく口いっぱいにカニの身と味噌の風味が広がって絶品
トロも少し熟成させているのでしょうか溶けて飲めるトロです
毎回、こちらに伺うために福岡へ来ているようなものです
次回の予定は未定ですが直ぐにでも伺いたいそんな空間ですねー♪
