福岡春日の、全てにおいて整ったハイレベルなお寿司屋さんです。
(前にランチで来ましたが夜は初。)
つまみ、ネタ、味付けの工夫とレベル、シャリ、全て整っていて、隙がない、ハイレベルなお寿司屋さんです。
これが特にというのはなかったですが、全て、整っていました。
どれもよかったのですが、何が1番かと言えばあおりいか。
この柔らかさと質は初めてでした。
食べログで点数が高いのも納得です。やや評価ぎ高過ぎな気もしますが、それでも、4.5に迫るお店はこういうお店なのかなと思いました。
