大野城市の『お食事処 まんぷく』。
カレーが評判との事で伺いました。
この日(水曜日)は 曜日替わり のお得メニューとして
ビーフカレー(750円)が 700円になるとの事。
いやぁ、運が良かったなぁ♪ (^-^)
「母親のカレー」みたいなドロリとした仕上がり。
牛乳か生クリームでも入れたような まろやかさを
感じるけど、コレはいらないなぁ。 (>_<)
思ったよりピリピリと辛みが効いています。
でも前述の まろやかさのせいなのか、この辛みが
調合されたスパイスの物ではなく、凄く単純な物の
ように思えてしまいます。
でも小さな容器に入ったペーストは、スパイスが組み
合わさった複雑な物で コレを入れると美味しさがグン
と増します♪
ビーフは コロコロと結構な量が入っています。
もちろん旨みが抜け出た 出汁ガラなので ボロボロと
崩れます。
まあ、でもチェーン店で出されてても なんら不思議
じゃない味だという感想です。 (^_^;)
このカレーを複数の人が絶賛しているのは良いんです
けど、もし どこかのチェーン店で まったく同じ味の
カレーを出されても 絶賛するんですかね？
