コーヒー好きでなくても何らかの形でコーヒーに携わっている方や携わっていた方なら知らない人はいないでしょう。
焙煎世界チャンピオンのお店として名の知れた自家焙煎のコーヒーショップ。
こちらの珈琲豆&ドリンクを購入するために訪問しました。
珈琲豆は都度変わるはずですので。
私が購入した銘柄は、
「タヒチ」「エルサルバドル」
の２銘柄。
テイクアウトドリンクは
「豆香洞ブレンド」
こちらは中深煎り。
テイクアウト用のカップなのでフレーバーが伝わりにくいのが嫌なのですが、蓋を開けるとチョコレート・シュガー・口に含むとしっかりとしたボディ感がありそれでいて口の中に残らないコーヒー感。
冷めても苦みが無く逆にスッキリ感が増す感じで、冷めてからの方が飲みやすい。
自宅に帰って焙煎豆を見てとっても綺麗な豆面。
センターカットもすごく綺麗です。
