前から気になっており、おとずれました。
内装は、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気です。
価格帯は少し高いように感じましたが、
その分やはり、美味しいです。
一番安いコースを頼みました。
釜飯は、ちりめんと湯葉です。
まず、豆腐としゅうまいがきたのですが、
豆腐が美味しすぎる。本当に豆腐が美味しいです。
杏仁豆腐みたいなやわらかさなのに、甘さはそんなになく濃厚です。とにかく美味しい。
釜飯は、混ぜて、砂時計で3分待つというシステムです。待つことによって、楽しみが増えます。意外と長かったです。
山椒のちりめんの風味がとても美味しく感じられました。おこけができるのもとても美味しいです。やはり、釜で炊くことによって、お米に甘みが感じられました。
