春日市星見ヶ丘にある釜飯屋さん、花小梅さんです。平日の昼休みに駆け込み利用しました。先日とんかつ屋で痛い目にあったにも関わらず、相変わらず反省がありません。確実に時間のかかる釜飯を食します。色々なメニューがありますが悩んでる暇はありません。旬の物を頂こうと桜海老と筍の釜飯をチョイス。小鉢が美味でした。味噌タレで食べる冷奴、白玉入りの茶碗蒸し、一口焼売も香りの良い酢醤油とマッチして美味しかったです。さて、肝心の釜飯は食材が爽やかな感じなのでヘルシーな味わいです。おこげのアクセントがありがたい。お吸い物も上品な味付けでした。今度はゆっくり味わいたいです
