I first learned about plum blossoms when I received a plum blossom lunch Bento (boxed lunch) from my company during the self-restraint period, when there were no company social gatherings or year-end parties due to the coronavirus pandemic. The creaminess of the Mineoka tofu, the chewiness of the Namafu dengaku, and the fluffy texture of the fried tofu were all so delicious that I remember them unforgettably. I wanted to try it again, so I was looking for restaurant and found out that you can also get Tofu dishes here in Kasuga City, so I decided to stop by. Without hesitation, I ordered the Koume course from the lunch menu. Shortly after entering the store, my child, who was with me, started crying and I asked the staff for hot water so that she could drink some milk, and the staff kindly obliged. It was very helpful. Even after my baby finished drinking his milk, he kept crying and couldn't calm down. A staff member came to check on me and asked me to eat, and she babysat me while I ate. I am humbled by the staff's excellent response. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy the meal. thank you very much.
