受験生の娘を応援したくて、1人で太宰府天満宮へ詣でました。全国に展開するVMGホテルの一つで、太宰府天満宮から徒歩１分のところにあります。

こちらの建物は、太宰府天満宮の絵師さんがアトリエ兼邸宅としていた有形文化財。趣のある店内には、サラッと東郷平八郎の書や三条実美の書が掲げられていて、明治維新前後の歴史にも想いを馳せる事ができます。
私は1人でしたので、ゆったりとした個室で、日本庭園を見ながらお食事させていただきました。陽が沈むのを眺めながらの贅沢な空間！
地元の食材を惜しみなく使ったフレンチは言葉を失う美しさと美味しさ。
ドリンクも素晴らしい品揃え。
特筆すべきは、スタッフのホスピタリティの素晴らしさ。
上べだけのサービスではなく、おもてなしの心が溢れていて、つかずはなれずですが楽しい会話も楽しませていただきました。
来年は、大学生になった娘と一緒に来れるといいなぁ。
