Teppanyaki restaurant opened in March last year in Chikushino City. I had seen it on Instagram before it opened, but it was far away so I couldn't really visit. I had some urgent business to attend to and was thinking about having lunch somewhere when I remembered this. Reservations can be made from Tabelog the day before. The store is difficult to find. (@@;) It's located in the back of a closed pachinko parlor, but there's no guide on the street, so you walk around in circles. I heard that many people get lost when I talk to them, so I think a guide board is necessary. ◆Front of the store ◆The counter seats are also stylish, but there were other customers so I could only take a few photos. m(__)m Prices include tax. ◆Non-alcoholic beer (700 yen) and homemade ginger ale (650 yen) ◆What I received was the ``Lunch Teppan-yaki course (5,500 yen, tax included.It's helpful that the menu is prepared.^^ ◆Appetizer) ``A5 rank grilled meat Sushi''...2 pieces per person is nice. *Close up *A small amount of sea urchin and salmon roe are served, and the meat is delicious with just the right amount of marbling.My husband and I had a different plate, but both were good. There are two of us, and in our conversation, we both heard that they had been to Japanese-style meal restaurant before, so it made sense. ◆Soup ``Komatsuna Potage'' *The recipe retains the flavor of the komatsuna, and there is a little amount of fresh cream, so it makes sense as a whole. It's rough, but the marbling makes it soft and delicious. I'd like it to be medium-rare. I did, but the grilling was really good. *The remaining half is served twice, so the meat doesn't get cold and you can enjoy it deliciously. ◆The taste of the miso soup shows that the soup stock has been carefully drawn.The slightly sweet miso is used, which I like.◆I was served ``Kanomono'', but wow, I like ``Umaki''. It's a luxurious thing. It's delicious when eaten with rice. When I was told, ``After your meal, please have dessert and drinks in a private room,'' I stepped out into the hallway and it was gorgeous. It was so gorgeous that it reminded me of the bubble era. *From the other side ◆ The private room is a wonderful space where you can see the "garden" outside the large window. I felt satisfied with this content for 5,500 yen. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff including the chef were very friendly, making it a better restaurant than I expected. Too bad it's far away.
