幻のカルビとやらを食べましたが、手のひら大の肉も、焼いたら消しゴムくらいに小さくなります。とっても薄く切ってあります。技術力に驚きました。おそらく一皿30〜50gくらいしか無いかもしれないです。肉の重さを計ってみて下さい。
とにかくコスパが悪いので再訪することは無さそうです。ありがとうございました。
タンはまあまあでした。極上タン(2500円くらい)は1枚1250円ですが食べ応えありました。
