12月でしたがやや暖かい日だったんでメニューの中から冷たい「梅おろしうどん」をお願いしてみました。

梅おろしうどんはうどんに梅干し・大根おろし・大葉・胡麻・ししとう等がトッピングされた冷たいうどん。

うどんには香の物もそえられてました。

またうどんには九州名物の柚子胡椒が添えられてたんでこれを使っていただきました。

ピリッと辛い柚子胡椒とコシのあるうどんと出汁が絡んでいい塩梅に仕上がりましたよ・・・

It is a Japanese-style meal Restaurants built next to the Kyushu National Museum in Dazaifu City. Here, you can enjoy a variety of Japanese-style meal that make use of Kyushu materials. I had lunch at a table where I could enjoy the scenery of the four seasons in the restaurant. Although it was December, it was a rather warm day, so I asked for cold "plum grated udon" from the menu. Ume grated udon 1250 yen. Ume grated udon is a cold udon noodle topped with pickled plums, grated radish, large leaves, sesame seeds, shishito, etc. The udon noodles were also filled with incense. Also, the udon noodles were served with yuzu pepper, a Kyushu specialty, so I used this. The tangy and spicy yuzu pepper, chewy udon noodles, and broth are entwined to make a nice salted plum...
