神湊直送という鮮魚の刺身と
博多水炊きが味わえるコースをいただきました。
内装は昔ながらの居酒屋といった感じだったので
そんなに期待大ってわけではなかったんですが、美味いですね。
刺身はまだ生きているかのような弾力。
脂も乗って、旬を舌で楽しむことができました。
唐揚げもサクサクしていて甘めの味付けがいいです。
衣が薄く、食べやすいですね。
メインの水炊きにもがつん、とやられました。
かなり濃厚ですが、臭みはゼロ。
シンプルに素材の良さが感じられます。
水炊きはさらっと食べられるものが多いですが、
ここのはひと味違いました。
