焼鳥がうまい居酒屋さん。
平日も結構お客さん多いから
電話予約していくことをおすすめします。
私が期待しているのが「付け出し」
こちらのは期待を裏切らない付きだしを出してくれます。
今回は「筋肉煮込み」
コッリッコリで味が浸みて美味しかった☆
串はどれも塩が効いてていい感じに！
なんとも言えないこの美味しさは、
絶妙な焼き加減も関係あるでしょうね。
鳥皮（タレ）も、秘伝のタレを使用していて
甘さのあるこのタレはどこよりもうまいと思います。
かりっとして香ばしいです☆
最後は店員さんがお店の外までお見送りをしてくれて
親切な居酒屋さんだと思いました。
このような丁寧な接客ができるお店は
最近あんまりナイと思います。
気持ちいいのでまた行きたいです♪
