The other day, when I was walking around looking for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) near Yoshizuka, I saw a sign that said ``Yakitori Kaeru'', so I decided to go in! The interior of the store has a Japanese-style feel, and the lighting is dim and calm, making it a relaxing place. I was taken to a table. The appetizer is a marinated dish of pickled branches and cucumber. This is delicious and impressive. We ordered draft beer and toasted. Add Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), heart, and shiitake mushrooms to the yakitori platter and separately. Furthermore, I ordered a natto egg omelette. The most important thing, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), is so delicious, probably because it's grilled over charcoal! Both salt and sauce are delicious. Personally, I seem to be particular about the sauce, so I guess the sauce is recommended. The natto egg omelette is healthy and the eggs are fluffy! Other than Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), they also seem to have a lot of attention to detail. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there was no time limit and I didn't feel rushed. It has become one of the restaurants that I want to visit next time I come to Fukuoka!
