なんと言っても素晴らしいのは、ここの大将の人柄と料理（＊⌒＿⌒＊）
北九州のあらゆるジャンルのトップの方々に愛されてます。
ワタクシはここでなんども元プロ野球選手のカズ山本さんとお会いしてます。
大将もお店がしまいそうになる頃にはワインでいい感じになっており、楽しいお話を聞かせてくれます。
いつ行っても必ず頂けるのが、フォアグラ寿司か佐賀牛の握り♪♪♪
素材王国の北九州で、少し変り種の洋風割烹が女性にはすこぶる人気です。
ふくよかな仲居さんの気遣いや、食前は緑茶、食後はほうじ茶と使い分けるサービスなど、
料理以外にも楽しめる事一杯です。
大将自らえらんだ陶器や絵画も結構独特な趣があって、
当然ながら目でも楽しめるお料理のオンパレードです。 ただし必ず予約されてから！
