美味しい豚骨ラーメン♪@福岡北九州小倉
福岡県北九州の小倉北区三郎丸にあるお店。
ラーメンWEST百名店2017 2018選出店で、
来訪時食べログ3.71のTOP5000選出店です✨
14時半くらいに車で行ったのですが駐車場には車がたくさん並んでいて、待ち1名でした。
提供スピードが早いので回転も早そうです♪
券売機で頼みましたのは、
・ニ八十割ラーメン700円
※席に着くと店員さんが下記を聞いてくれます。ど豚骨100%が十割で、あっさりが二八で、自分はニ八を。中太か細麺で、細麺を。固さはカタ麺を♪
二八スープのスッキリしている中に旨い豚骨スープがしっかり主張されてて、細麺にしっかり絡みつき、食べやすく飲みやすい旨いラーメンでした♪
自分は北九州出身ですが、昔から食べてた懐かしのラーメンという感じで美味しかったです(*'▽'*)
お店の奥の外側の駐車場から見えるのですが、スープを炊いてる大釜が2台、小釜が1台あり、あれで旨いスープを抽出してるのかと思うと本店に来た甲斐がありました♪
この場所じゃないとあんな大釜たくさん置けないと思います。
小倉の街中にも支店があったので、機会があればスープの違いがあるか行ってみたいです。
お店の推しはどろラーメンと言う濃厚スープのようてすが、自分はどこのどんな濃厚スープを頼んでも後悔するタイプなので止めときました(^^;;
大釜で抽出されてるので、濃厚スープ好きはハマるのではないか思います♪

券売機で頼みましたのは、
・どろラーメン 880円
・Bセット 半チャーハン＋唐揚げ 350円
備え付けの辛子高菜はピリ辛で美味しい✨
スープはクリアでクリーミーで甘くて美味しい✨
唐揚げはカリッと中はもちもち味付け良く美味✨
チャーハンは熱々しっとりパラっと福岡の焼きメシとしては美味しい✨
総評は、ん？以前来た時より美味しいぞ♪という感じで美味しかったです(*^▽^*)
