◆どろ全部のせラーメン 1280円をいただきました。
ポタージュのような甘みのあるクリーミーなスープ。「国産げんこつを圧力鍋で10時間以上炊きあげ、骨のエキスのみを乳化させて抽出した高濃度の豚骨スープ」とのことですが、甘味がすごいです。
スープに臭みがないのは驚きです。
中太の麺がスープをしっかりと持ち上げてくれます。チャーシュー、キクラゲ、めんま、煮玉子、のり、ネギ。全てがバランスよく配置され食べ応えあり。流石の人気店。
かなり濃いので年齢を重ねた方は二八ラーメンのような少しあっさり目でも良いかもです。
