折角小倉に来たので豚骨ラーメンを食べに此方のお店へ。名前だけだと通報まっしぐらな店名ですがネギ盛りどろラーメン、煮卵のチケットを購入しました。
どろラーメンという名前ですがスープはクリーミーで甘味がありこのスープだけでもファンになってしまうかも。豚骨はあまり得意ではない私に取って臭みが無く飲みやすく食べやすいラーメンでした。ネギ盛りの下にはチャーシュー、メンマが入っており硬めにお願いした麺とマッチしているし、煮卵がこのラーメンとよく合いますね。
このエリアでは圧倒的に美味しいラーメンですね。
