久しぶりにここのお蕎麦が食べたくなりました。
「蕎麦 しらいし」です
約1年ぶりぐらいでしょうか？ 食べログでは北区の蕎麦屋さんで1番になってますね！
11:35過ぎに入店。1番乗りかと思いましたが先客がすでに2組。おお。早いですね〜 負けたww
ここは丼ものがないので、私はもりの大盛を。嫁さんは旬の野菜天ざるそばで決定。
大盛400円増はちょっと高い気もしますがね。。。
丁寧に1組づつ料理され、20分ぐらい待ち登場！
おお！ 綺麗なお蕎麦です！ 瑞々しくって艶々しておいしそー！
てんこ盛りかと思いましたがちょっと上げ底になってたwwまあ 丁度よい量ですかね。
しっかりと1本1本の存在感が感じられるお蕎麦。 ビシッとしたコシが入ってる。 おいしーお蕎麦。
そば汁も好みでした。 できればわさびもっと欲しかったっす。
旬の野菜天ざる蕎麦。
おお！ いちじくの天ぷら、ナス、唐辛子、ゴーヤなど等。 おいしーらしい。
もう少しお蕎麦は細い方が好みなのですが、でも非常に真剣にお蕎麦作りに取り組まれている様子がわかり
大好きなお店です。
12時前にはほぼ満席に。 愛されているお店ですね。
