小倉の魚町にある、うどん屋さんでここはかなり気になっていたお店です。
近くには資さんうどんがあり、店舗的にもこじんまりしているうどん屋さんですが
味が美味しいんでしょうね。かなりお客さんがいっぱいです。
運良く入れたのですが、自分達の後からは、かなり待っていました。
麺がコシもあり、福岡のうどんでも、人気のある味、あっさり系でもあり
出汁にこだわりがあるお店だと感じました。
かつお系の出汁に、ほんのり椎茸？を使っているのかな。
すっきりとした味わいのお店です。高齢の方にも人気がありそうな味付けですね。
素直に美味し！また来たいと思わせてくれるうどん屋さんでした。
また働いている女性の対応もすごく良くて気分がいいお店ですね。
