北九州の豚骨ラーメン店は数あれど、強烈な個性は一二を争うお店だと思います。関東にも豚骨ラーメンのお店はありますが、絶対無い味だと思います。福岡でしか食べられないのではないでしょうか。
夜にお邪魔しました。遅めの時間なので店内お客さんはまばら。並ばすに入れました。なかなかの豚骨臭が漂っています。
カウンター席に陣取り、魁龍ラーメン焼き飯セットをオーダーしました。麺の硬さは普通かヤワがオススメの模様。珍しいですね。
ほどなく着丼！
スープは骨粉でザラザラ。苦味があります。こんなスープ初めて！麺は中細麺。北九州のラーメンらしく、やや太めです。チャーシュー、ワンタンは薄めですが、スープが濃厚なのでバランスが取れています。好き嫌いが分かれるラーメンだと思いますが、ハマる人は無茶苦茶ハマる気がします。中毒性あります。きっと。
チャーハンが美味しかった！魁獣みそというつけ味噌が用意されていますが、それをつけてチャーハンを食べると絶品！チャーハンはかなり好きな味で、オススメできます。
大将は丁寧で好感が持てる接客でした！
他の土地では味わうのが難しいラーメンです。北九州に来た友人を連れて来たいお店だと思いました。ご馳走様でした。また来ます！
