お酒を飲んで、蕎麦で〆る店PARTⅡ。

江戸の町人文化が生んだ無駄で素敵なお酒を楽しむ大人の空間、時間、それが蕎麦屋酒、杉浦日向子、池波正太郎の世界と言ったら解り易いですか?あ、もしかして解りにくいですか?ともかく、ここでは蕎麦前の肴を楽しんで下さい、お酒を楽しんで下さい、そして〆はもちろん店主自慢の信州産・石臼挽き手打ち蕎麦。

今回は、お酒とともに
"蕎麦焼き味噌(300円)"
"卵焼き(大800円)"
"せいろ(700円)"
の3品を頂いた。
しゃもじに乗った"焼き味噌"は、好みのおこげ加減に今一歩足らない感じ。
味付けにかえしを使った"卵焼き"はとてもジューシーで美味しかった。
信州産、石臼挽き二八の"せいろ"は、冷たく締められ、つるつるした食感が飲んだ後の喉をさっぱり潤してくれた。
そば屋としては、以前紹介したしらいしの方が好みだが、蕎麦前の肴の種類が豊富。
宴会などにも対応でき、小倉名物いわしの"じんだ煮(ぬか味噌炊き)"などの郷土料理も楽しめるので、今度はもう少し肴を頂いてみよう。
