小倉出張の際に小倉駅の乗り換え時間にランチができそうな『麺屋 吉蔵 VIERRA小倉店』さんに入ってみました。
◇場所
小倉駅ビル内のVIERRA小倉の2階にあります。新幹線改札を真っ直ぐ歩いて1分程の所です。
◇ 待ち時間・混雑状況
平日の12時30分頃でしたが、直ぐに席に案内頂きました。カウンターは満席、テーブルは相席状態で、満席率は約80%でした。
◇ 注文・提供時間
券売機でラーメンセットの食券を購入して、テーブルで麺のカタサを聞かれて、バリカタをオーダー！待つこと約3分で提供頂きました。

⚪︎元祖とんこつ久留米ラーメン ☆☆☆☆
豚骨スープに細麺が入って、チャーシュー、メンマ、キクラゲ、刻みネギ、海苔が入った典型的な豚骨ラーメンです。
紅生姜が良く合います。トロッとしたチャーシューはご飯にも合って特に美味しかったです。
⚪︎ライス【評価:3.7】 ☆☆☆
レベルが高いご飯で、少し硬めに炊き上げてありました。
豚骨スープをかけて頂きましたが、いいですね！
★替え玉（平日ランチタイムは無料） ☆☆☆
バリカタでオーダーしたので、直ぐに提供頂きました。
ライスと替え玉は糖質取りすぎかも知れないですね！
少し後悔してしまいました。
◇感想等
出張で小倉にきて、時間の無い乗り継ぎの時間に本格的な豚骨ラーメンが食べられて大満足でした。また来たいと思います。
