以前から行きたかった店ですが、何となく入りにくくて・・・この日も店の前まで行って、中の様子を伺うつもりが、前に出すぎたのか、自動ドアが開いてしまった(笑)
で、そのまま入店。お客さんは誰もおらず、カウンターの適当な場所に座る。
おまかせでいいですか？と聞かれましたので、お願いしますと返答。基本的にはこのコースがメインのようです。
串揚げの食材についての説明はほとんどありませんが、じゃがバター？、大根？と想像しながら食べるのも面白いですね｡衣は軽めで、一口サイズのものが多く、スルスルと入ります☺️
お任せコースの全25種類と生中4杯で¥5,700ほど。
全体的に大阪の串揚げではあまり出て来ない食材が多いような気がしました☝️
小倉では数少ない串揚げ屋さんですが、味もドリンクも水準以上だと思います。
