鳥薬膳鍋コースを頂いた。前菜は煮凝りとなんだったかな。刺身は３種類、鯛、ひらまさ、マグロ。どれも新鮮で美味しかった。その後、茶わん蒸し。これもしっかり出汁の味がして美味しかった。メインの鳥薬膳鍋は、薬膳自体が前面に出てるわけでもなく、通常の水炊きに少し薬膳味が加わった位。いずれにせよスープは美味しかった。鳥は非常に柔らかくて美味しかった。四国のどこかの鳥らしいけど、柔らかいので地鶏とかではないやろな。最後にご飯か麺が選べて、今回は同行者がご飯が良いというのでご飯を選んで、美味しかったけど、鳥や野菜の出汁が出てるスープは麺の方が美味しかったと思う。鍋は仲居さんが作ってくれるので任せておけば安心やし、３人で焼酎のボトルも入れて２万円程はCP的にも良いと思う。
