友人と2名で思い切って入店。２人とも身なりが薄汚いんで入店拒否も覚悟してたけどアッサリと進入許可が出た。有り難や。
店内は縦長の長方形。奥の席に通され緊張の面持ちで着座。自分Cセットで紅茶はエリザベスⅡ世在位60年に女王好みにブレンドしたとされるプラチナジュビリー。ケーキはサマープディング。友人は適当にオリジナルティー。井筒屋を眺めつつ暫し待ち。
サマープディングはブルーベリーの酸味がかなり強くサイズもデカいく尚且つ冷えてる。渋めの味わいのジュビリーに合うな。オリジナルティーは自分は飲んでないから分からんけどミルクをダボダボ入れてニコニコしながら飲んでたアイツが印象的。
支払いはキャッシュのみの現金至上主義なお店。
