ここのカツ丼は、ソースカツ丼とか玉子とじカツ丼とは違って、玉葱、人参、葱が玉子とからんた甘辛いだしがかかったもの。
この地方ではノーマルスタイルなのかどうかわからないが、関西ではお目にかかったことがないので注文してみた。
コロナ対策は万全。入店時に手の消毒をしていないお客さんには注意し、カウンター席にはしっかりとパーティション。
さてカツ丼。
まず、そのボリュームに驚かされた。
まさにてんこ盛り。
カツの柔らかさは普通かな。
だしにからんだ衣と肉が分かれてしまうのは残念だが、揚げたてだから美味しい。
店員さんとお客さんとの距離が近いほのぼのとした、正に私が好みの街の食堂屋さんだ。
