ぬか炊き2種(サバ・ちりめん)
ご飯・味噌汁・お新香
小鉢がマカロニサラダ・冷奴・カボチャ
です。
メインのぬか炊き
サバは柔らかく甘めに炊かれ、ご飯の友にはバッチリで箸がどんどん進みます。
ちりめんはぬかの香りが仄かにしてこれは日本酒に合いますね。
次回は夜に天ぷらとぬか炊きで軽く一杯ですね。
