先日、友人に美味しい天ぷらのお店があると聞いて 小倉北区木町の『大樹』に行って来ました‼︎
水曜日のお昼時、13時前の訪問です。
カウンター席に座って『天ぷら定食(並盛)』をオーダーしました(^_^)
すぐに、天つゆと漬物、ご飯と味噌汁が提供され お食事開始です‼︎
カウンターでなので、大将の仕事ぶりがよく見えます‼︎
先ずは、ひげ天にんにく、玉ねぎ、ナス、キス、海老2が配膳されました‼︎
どれも丁寧に揚げられたサックサクの天ぷらで、素材の良さを感じます‼︎
特にプリップリの海老はサイコーでぇす‼︎
続いて、カボチャ、エリンギ、いか、帆立、海老が揚がりました‼︎
やっぱり、大将の職人技か、揚げたての天ぷらはサイコーです‼︎
お値段もソコソコしますが、美味しい天ぷらを堪能できました‼︎
また訪問したいと思います(^_^)
