井筒屋新館の裏、小道に入ったところにあり、少しわかりずらいかもしれませんがランチ時にも予約して来店する人が多数の人気店。
入り口は二か所あり、どちらも段差がありますが全然入れます。道沿いからが入りやすそうです。賑わいある店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、スタッフさんの雰囲気もいいです。
自慢は何といっても注文が入ってからひとつひとつ手作りしているハンバーグとデミグラスソース。季節限定のメニューやコースもありお祝い事などにも幅広く利用できそうです。
デミグラスソースハンバーグの（周りを見渡し、小ぶりそうだと思い）レギュラー(200g)ではなくラージ(250g)。トッピングにエビフライ。ライスセット（コーンスープ＋サラダ）を注文。
ハンバーグとエビフライと目玉焼きという子供の頃に憧れたトライアングルの登場！熱々のハンバーグを切ると肉汁じゅわ～。デミグラスソースも変にクセもなくて熱々うまうま。エビフライは冷凍か？タルタルソースでどうにでも。
ジャポネソースステーキ
説明にある通り醤油系の味付け。噛み応えある赤身のステーキ。
ハンバーグ＆ステーキのお店ということで両方頼んでみましたが、ここはハンバーグのお店でしょう。予約していなかったので少し待ちましたが待ってよかったです。なかなか良いお店と出会えました。ごちそうさまでした。
