The linguine was perfectly cooked and the temperature was on point. The flavor of the shrimp is strong, and the shrimp themselves are soft. Above all, the amount of salt is just right. I rarely eat pasta outside, especially at Family restaurant, but I was a little surprised at how well this one turned out. It also looks quite photogenic. The set salad bar here is also nice and has a wide variety! The eggplant-loving pig guy ate a lot. As a pasta lover, I'd be happy if more Restaurants started taking pasta seriously, like Jolly Pasta.
