2009年4月訪問 大手町スピナガーデンの2階にあります。
付近で仕事があったので店内をウロウロしてたら発見。
店頭で蕎麦打ち実演をしてたので入ってみた。
メニューは豊富、ヤング定食なるとんかつが付いたボリュームメニューもあったが
私はヤングじゃないので止めておいた。
ざるそばとごぼ天そばを注文。
相変わらず蕎麦の味は解らないが出汁は濃い目で好みから少し外れる。
ごぼ天は半分に割った牛蒡を揚げてるが少し揚げ過ぎな気がする。
単品メニューは微妙に高めだが定食類はリーズナブル。
この店は定食類かランチメニューを注文するのが良いかもしれません。
京町にも同名店があり、以前旦過近くにも同名店があったので小規模チェーン店かもしれませんね。
