ＪＲ小倉駅構内のコンコースにある立食いうどん屋さん
以前から気になってましたが機会がなく訪問出来ませんでした。
小倉と言えば、カシワうどんと肉うどんが有名ですが、この店はカシワうどんが推しのようです。
券売機をみるとカシワうどん４３０円が売り切れで残念。
他のうどんにも（かしわ入り）って書いてあったので、購入したのは
・海老天うどん（かしわ入り）５００円
食券を渡すと時間がかからず着丼
うどんの上に丸い海老天、ワカメ、カマボコ、チョビッとのカシワ。
麺はモチっとコシがあり、出汁は意外と優しい味。（福岡は塩味が濃い店が多いので｡）
天ぷらが入るとコクと風味が上がるので美味しいですね。
カシワの食感は弾力があり、甘辛く煮込まれてるので旨みが出てきます。
サクッとカシワうどんを食べるには良いかもしれませんね。
近くの売店では、名物のカシワ飯も売ってました。
