小倉は鉄なべ餃子が有名になっていますが、こちらの餃子も特徴があってオススメです。
場所はモノレールの片野駅から徒歩圏内にあります。店内はテーブル席を中心にカウンター席もあり、一人でも入りやすい感じでした。
メニューは餃子が看板メニューですが、中華メニューを中心に居酒屋メニューも豊富で、洋食系のおつまみもあります。
肉汁餃子はパリパリの羽根つきで、餃子を割ると肉汁たっぷり入っていました。皮も少し厚目でモチモチしています。水餃子はお箸でつかみにくいくらいのツルッとした餃子です。水餃子というとスープに入った餃子をイメージする人もいますが、炊き餃子ではなく茹で餃子です。
黒胡椒風味せせり鉄板は山椒が効いててビールに合います。ただ、好き嫌いは分かれるかもしれません。
気になったことは、いいこととして飲み物の注文をよく聞きにくること。これはありがたい。気持ちいいですね。もう１つは片付けるのが早いこと。食べて取り分けてるのを待ち構えて皿を片付けるという点。こうされると落ち着かないですよね。料理が美味しいだけに惜しいところです。
