It's a restaurant full of carved bottles that is loved by regular customers.We have everything from pork cutlets, grilled dishes, sashimi, and Creative Cuisine menu seems to have everything you might want to eat, but the taste is amazing, which is what sets us apart from chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). There was also a fantastic shochu called Tiger & Dragon (same name as the drama), and the local gourmet Kanmon Kaikyo octopus! Have you been forgotten? Kokura is a seaside town near the Kanmon Straits. The octopus that lives near the strait where the ocean currents are fast is muscular and delicious. The branded octopus is the best. The sashimi here is better than the Kashima octopus. And it's a specialty. Grilled colander! Saga's free-range chicken and liver are grilled in a sieve over chicken fat.It's a Jidokko-style creative chicken dish.It's fun to look at, and I love the rare and tender texture of the inside.The deliciousness of the meat itself. A gem that makes you feel like you want to go there.
