去年の夏の話。
小倉1日目の夜。
芝居終わりに西小倉駅そばにある「烏丸」へ。
入り口からして隠れ家のようで、なんだかステキ。
お店は満員。人気のある店のよう。
芝居に興奮していた私達は即ビールを注文。
サッポロー。一番好きなビールだけに嬉しい～。
そして、キンキンのヒャッコイルービー!!!
メニューを見ると、産地があったので、九州一周しちゃおうと。
まずは佐賀のみつせ鶏（ココのお店の押しがみつせ鶏）。
こころを注文。
コリコリしているんだけど、口の中でいい味が出ていて…バクバク進む。
海老とアボカドのわさびクリーム。
お口直しに…と思ったんだけど、結構ワサビ強し。
辛～い
ハイボールへ。
でも何かちょっと薄いような…。
九州産のかっぱです。
ナンコツなんですが、ムネ肉もしっかり付いていて、塩が美味しい～。
モモ肉のたたき。
塩で食べるとジューシーさが出て美味しかった。
せせり。
大分のとりモモ。
ありました～、白レバー。
もちもちしていて、クセ知らず。
たれもレバーの味をジャマすることなく、とても美味しかったわ～。
宮崎産のとり皮。
パリッパリで身がキュっと締まっていておいしかったわー。
芝居の興奮から美味い焼き鳥屋に出会えてよかった～。
また小倉に行ったら…行きたいお店だった。
