小倉で水炊き
博多まで行かずとも絶品水炊きが食べることのできる鳥料理専門店。
【鶏肉】
大きなモモ肉が1人前で3個。
鶏肉はポン酢で食べるのを勧められますが後述の濃厚スープに浸っているので、そのままでも十分に満足できるお味です。
「3個だけ？」と思いがちですがかなり大きめで、一品料理も食べていれば3個で十分なボリュームです。
【スープ】
超濃厚白濁系スープ。
鶏白湯ラーメンのスープと遜色なく、このお鍋はまさにこのスープを味わうために食べるお鍋と言っても過言ではありません。
なおスープの追加は別料金（550円）になるので飲み過ぎ注意です。
【〆】
ちゃんぽん麺か雑炊になりますが、今までちゃんぽん麺しか頼んでません。
また雑炊もチャレンジしてみます。

小倉のラストナイトは
小倉のファーストナイトで訪問しあまりの美味に驚愕した烏丸さん。
予約してなかったのですが隙間で入れてもらうことができました。
オーダーは
串数本と水炊き、関門タコぶつ切りなど
以前の投稿にも記載しましたが、
水炊きはスープを口にするだけでも価値あり
わざわざ博多に行かなくてもこのクオリティにありつけたのは有り難かったです
関門タコもプリっぷりで、こちらのもうひとつの名物です。（鳥料理屋さんなのに）
刺身では無いため、ごま油と醤油の食べ分けができます。
大阪には無いやろうなぁ…
