The typhoon is coming, we can't eat out, and we're going to eat meat (?) So we had Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on Saturday.☆ I think it was around 9pm, and the place was about 60% full and fairly busy. There is disinfectant at the entrance and temperature checks are available. We came for dinner, so we both ordered oolong tea for drinks, and a variety of meats and rice (large or medium) (。☌ᴗ☌。) I forgot to take a photo, but you can also ask the staff to grill the second roast loin for you. . I grilled a large piece of meat on one side and dipped it in an egg... For a moment, it tasted like toasted rye bread (lol) It was kind of fragrant, why? But it's really delicious. The thick-sliced upper ribs are so thick that they can stand on their own even if you lay them down. As soon as you put it on the net, your whole body will sweat and shine, stimulating your appetite. The sauce is the traditional sweet type and goes well with this. It's such a heavy piece of meat that it might be tedious to have one plate for each person, but it might be delicious to eat in small quantities. The rice is progressing! I believe I ordered regular Salted beef tongue, but it was thick. However, it was not hard and easy to eat, and it was a delicious tongue with just the right texture◎ Also, it was delicious! The one I couldn't help but shout out was the special salted liver♪ The plump and bright, super fresh liver (※It's the kind you eat when you grill it!) It doesn't become crumbly even when grilled! I will definitely order this next time! I think I ordered Nikumaru horumon towards the end, and it was probably this... It's a mino-like, white, flat, notched horumon, and comes with a red sauce on it. I thought it would be spicy, but it's actually sweeter. I prefer to eat the brown side without adding any additional sauce. This also goes well with the rice (๑´ڡ`๑) I also added skirt steak and pork belly, which are normal. When I was asked, ``Would you like to eat Wagyu beef nigiri?'' I agreed, thinking, ``Maybe I just had a second helping after eating so much rice...?'' What I received was rice, ``shari-koma'' style, which didn't put pressure on my stomach. (Relief) Vinegar rice has a stronger sourness and sweetness, and I don't normally like strong vinegared rice like this, but the meat Sushi is instantly covered by the flavor of the meat, so it ends up being delicious v I guess the wasabi that comes with it isn't in a tube. , wasabi with a slightly chewy, solid feel. The octopus wasabi tasted spicy but delicious. Very satisfied with the meat! It wasn't that big of a meal and I was in the mood for a normal dinner, so I ordered a single item, but wouldn't it have been nice to have an all-you-can-eat option? So much so that I ate it (7,900 yen in total) The disappointing thing was the rice (; ω 1 | (crying) Also, in addition to the hard cooking, the air conditioning blows the air so it gets dry quickly (><) I really don't like dry rice, and if I can cook it hard at home, I eat it right away. I stopped making it and made it into porridge, so I tried to make it work by smearing the sauce all over the surface of the rice, even though it looked messy. When I added oolong tea, I looked at the drink menu and found that alcohol and soft drinks cost the same price (approximately 280 yen). This seems like a good value, so I guess this is a restaurant where people who want to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with alcohol gather. In fact, when I looked around, there were no customers eating rice, just us. So I guess this is the kind of meal that would be served on a Saturday night, when the ingredients are most likely to rotate. It's possible that it was just a coincidence, so next time I'll try ordering the small one first and see how it goes (๑-﹏-๑) Then, if it doesn't work next time, I'll probably switch to using it only on drinking Yakiniku (Grilled meat) days. I'm the type of person who wants white rice even when I'm drinking Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and there are very few days when I don't need rice... I'd like to bring in freshly cooked rice if I could (I'm so desperate) Even if I regret the rice so much, the meat is really delicious. I want to go there again☆ The air conditioning seemed to be powerful, so I didn't have to worry about the smoke.
