紺屋町のイタリアン[エ•アレグロ•キムラ]さんが6月に移転しこちらで[イタリア料理とワインのお店 Kimura]として再出発されました。
と言っても、移転前にあ〜こんなところにイタリアンがある、と指をくわえていただけで今回が初訪問なのですが。

ブックセンター「クエスト」からモノレール旦過駅方向に向かうと[モスバーガー]があります。そこを右にを曲がるとイタリア国旗はためくガラス張りのお店が見えてきますよ。カジュアルで入りやすいけれど落ち着いていて素敵な雰囲気。
テーブル席20、カウンター4席。
魚は唐戸市場から。またサザエ、アワビなどは角島のものを使うなど、魚介をはじめ肉の仕入れや野菜にもこだわりのあるKimuraさん。
本当はディナーに伺い、その真髄を味わいたいところですが、まずはパスタランチをいただいみましょう。

本日のパスタはトマト系とクリーム系の2択だったのですが、ディナーメニューの「青唐辛子とアサツキのペペロンチーノ」を食べたい、とワガママを言ったらOKをして下さいました。しかもランチ料金のままで良いと。ありがとうございます。ご店主ご夫婦（？）の心遣いに感謝。また後客がいたら難しかったかもしれませんね。（閉店間際の訪問でした）
「コーンスープ」は素材の甘み、旨味を生かしたプレーンな味わい。添加物などない素朴で上品な美味しさ。
「サラダ」はレタスの瑞々しさとドレッシングの爽やかな酸味が際立つもの。
「パン」の丸い方は自家製だそうです。これも素朴で美味しいです。
「青唐辛子とアサツキのペペロンチーノ」は、奥様が辛いですが大丈夫ですか？と気にされていたほど辛くはありません。
普通のペペロンチーノの方が赤唐辛子を使っている分ピリピリする辛さは強いです。
青唐辛子とアサツキのスッキリとした味わいでニンニクも強くはなく後味も良いです。
ただ、たまたまだと思いますが青唐辛子自体の風味が弱いようで、爽やかで突き抜けるような味わいとまではいかず、青唐辛子が弱い分、塩気がもう少し欲しい感じでした。
麺は細く歯応えがあってとても美味しい麺。
女性には量も十分で美味しくいただきました。
コーヒーは親類の方が自家焙煎されているものを仕入れているそうです。
濃いめで好き嫌いのない美味しいコーヒーでした。
ランチだけでは語り尽くせないお店だと思います。
次回は夜に伺ってワインを片手に角島の粋を味わっでみたいですね。
