美味いパスタとピザを求め、Kimuraさんに初訪。
旧店舗時代に嫁が何度か利用、いい感じとの感想でしたがいつの間にか移転してました。
小倉クエストの裏通りにあるのでちょい解り難いかも、街中なので駐車場はなし。
以前この場所には、別の飲食店が入居してた気がする。
コンパクトな店内はテーブルとカウンター席、当日はシェフと女性で切り盛りされてました。
ランチメニューは1000～1300円（税別）、前日までの予約でコースランチもあり。
2種から選べる日替わりパスタランチを両方とマルゲリータランチを注文。
ランチにはサラダ、スープ、ドリンク、パスタにはパンも付く。
先ずはサラダ、上にはクスクスがちりばめられドレッシングは酸味が強いフレンチタイプ。
スープはジャガイモ、タマネギ、ニンジンの冷製ポタージュ。
快い甘みを感じるスープはスッと喉を通り、お代わりしたい気分。（笑）
きのこのトマトソースパスタ 、乾麺使用だが茹でもバッチリ。
具材はエレンギ、しめじとシンプルだが、トマトソースとの相性も良く私達好みの味付け。
もう一種の日替わりパスタは、ペペロンチーノ系のフレッシュトマトとバジルのオイルソース。
バジルの香りとトマトの酸味が一体となりウマウマ。
タバスコ＆辛みオリーブオイルも配膳される、辛味オイルを少し投入すると味が引き締まる。
パンをパスタソースに浸し、最後の一滴まで拭う。
自家製の白パンはモチモチ食感でギュっと身が詰まってる。
マルゲリータは薄皮タイプ、ボリュームはないがパリっと焼かれモッツアレラチーズがいい感じ。
ドリンクはオレンジ＆グレープフルーツジュースを頂きました。
オレンジジュースに関しては、グレードの高い物を使用してる気がする。
デザートは別注、3種の中から白桃のコンポートとアーモンドのセミフレットを選ぶ。
コンポートはちょい小ぶり、時期的に少し早いのかも。
セミフレットは甘さ控えめ、アーモンドの食感といい感じに混じり合う。
このお店も中々良かったな、ごちそうさまでした。
