今のところ一番好みのどきどきうどん。麺は小倉南区の老舗に比べて細く軟らかめ、お肉もほろほろと軟らかい。スープも濃すぎず。ご主人が強面で一瞬ビビりましたが、優しい方でした。麺打ちの台を奥に発見！やっぱり自家製手打ちなんだ〜と実感しました。
