出先のディナータイム、泊まりは初の小倉なんで、とりあえずググって偵察開始です。程なく数件候補がヒットしたのでお店に確認すると、2軒はやんわり断れたけど、こちらは対応良くOKだったので入店。人出が増えてるしね。
結果、期待以上の良店だし、また高崎へ来た時には再訪してみたいなあ、だった。
オーダーは先ず、生ビールからスタートで、次からは白ワインをグラスで。そして前菜の盛り合わせを。アミューズで供された軟骨の冷菜が旨いし、コリコリ感がいい塩梅で旨い。期待が膨らみます。
前菜盛り合わせでは、ラタトゥーユは完璧な煮込み具合、冷やしてこの食感は勉強になるなあ。他のお肉系も十分に美味しい一品揃い。食べ進んで〆でもと、お魚を追加。
途中で追加したフォカッチャ、可愛いサイズだけど美味しい一品。
そうしていると、ポワレが登場。早速いただけば、焦がしバターとバルサミコっぽい甘めの酸味、旨みと塩味も重なり、満貫全席状態で旨い。こりゃあアタリのメニューですね。
調子に乗ってドルチェまでと、りんごのタルトをオーダー。供されれば、花の様に並んだりんごのスライスが主張している。早速いただけば、りんごの甘さが引き出されていて、でも甘過ぎない美味しい一品。アイスと混ぜながら黙々といただけば、あっという間に完食です。
満腹になってお愛想すると、これまたビックリの4300円。
