出張で小倉へ4日間。お昼は「玉川食堂」、「ふじしま」、「資さんうどん」さんでと決めていて、もう1日は新規と考えてます。
で、こちら「ユキオントコ」。多分オーナーさんユキオさんっていううんだろう。初めてでしたので迷ったらまずはコレ！、の【人気NO.1】の若鶏の香草パン粉焼き￥780にいたしました。
少しまってマスターが熱々のフライパンからお皿に盛り付けるのを横目で見ながら今か今かと待ち受けてました。ワンプレートにまとめられてます。
どれどれと、若鶏の香草パン粉焼きを一口食します。パン粉とオニオンのソースとお肉のジューシーさもあいまって非常に美味しいです。ごはんもパクパクすすみます。
サラダもドレッシングが美味しいし、ジャガイモの付け合わせも美味しいです。次回違うメニューも試してみたいですね。
