かつて遠賀町にあった南京黒門。
１年で３６５杯以上のラーメンを食べ歩き、八幡東区の黒木の味を引き継いだ。
そんな黒門の大将が一番うまいと言うラーメンが唐津にあった一竜軒。
一竜軒がなき今、一竜軒の味を引き継ぐのが一真軒だ。
鶏ガラも入っていた一竜軒に対して一真軒は豚骨オンリー。
じっくりことこと煮込んだ豚骨スープの旨味が五臓六腑に染み渡る。
チャーシュー丼も美味しい一真軒。
小倉の市街地からちょっと離れてるけど、また行きたいでしょう
