個人店の本格豚骨を探して、3軒まわって2軒は臨時休業。ここだけは空いてた！外の待ち受け表に記載して15分程度待てば中に案内された。外から見ても、ザラーメン屋さんの雰囲気は底知れなくワクワク感は止まらない。まだ食べなくてはいけないので、普通のらーめんをチョイス。いやー出てきたラーメンは理想そのもの。麺は少し太めの20番くらいの切り刃。まぁとてつもないラーメンでした。
