席数180席の北九州最大級のダイニングバー。
店内はサファリリゾートをイメージしたダイニングスペースや
熱帯魚が泳ぐ水槽が目の前に広がるバーカウンター等、非日常空間。
人気メニューはヘルシー野菜料理やフルーツのカクテル。
北九州最大級のダイニングバー？
これは知りませんでした。
金曜日19時。
予約をして2名で。
バーカウンターが良かったのですが、バーカウンターでは食事が出来ないとの事。
通常のダイニングテーブル席で予約。
「他の席でバースデイサプライズがありますからご協力お願いします。」
的な声かけあり。
先客は100％女子。
大半が20代前半。
そして女子会。
例え連れがいたとしても、オッサンにはなかなかアウェイな感じです。
いい歳した大人の横のテーブルでは20歳ぐらいの女の子が
8名とかでワイワイやってるみたいな。
そんでバースデイサプライズが始まった日には・・・。
他に聞くと「普段は確かに女子率は多いもののカップルも普通にいる。」とかなんとか。
個人的にはダイニングスペースは20代に似合うお店。
バーカウンターはどうだかわかりませんが。
テーブルチェックのお店。
店員が忙しそうだったので呼ばずに立ち上がって会計しようと思ったら、
店員から「お席で」みたいな。
テーブルで値段を見ずにカード渡しても、個人的にはかなりカッコ悪かったなぁ。
まぁ、誰も何も気にしてないだろうけど。
※教訓：どんなお店でも店員を呼んで支払うべし。

数種のハーブでマリネしてるよう。
酸味は控えめ。
エキストラバージンオリーブオイルが前面に来るイメージ。
お肉の5種盛り合わせ 1,490円
ハム、生ハム、厚切りベーコン等の盛り合わせ。
ボリュームあり。
ハート型のトーストで会話が盛り上がる。（笑

カスエラにて熱したオリーブオイルごと供される。（カエスラ？）
ニンニクの風味が美味。
バケットは付いていないが、絶対にバケットは必須。

飲み物のCPはあまり良くない印象。
総じて・・・
素材本来のプリミティブでオーセンティックな味わいを
トラディショナルな調理法で最大限引き出す様は、いわゆるレボリューション。
どれをとってもクオリティがもう最高で、お値段以上のお値打ち品。
いい仕事してますね。
