前々から気になっていた北海道×ラーメンのNo.1の彩未さんの系譜の玄さんに初訪問。
平日オープンから11時過ぎ、既に満員、待合席で注文。
辛味噌ら〜めん＝950円
大盛＝100円
席に通されセルフの水を準備して待つこと3分で着丼。はやっ！段取りすごい。
中太ちぢれのもちもち麺、香ばしいもやしにねぎとメンマ、柔らかいチャーシュー、その上にしょうが？楽しみです。
スープはサッポロ一番に濃厚味噌と奥深く品がある旨味を足した感じです。旨い！ちぢれ麺と合う、サイコー！
じわりじわり唐辛子の辛味がたまらない！
途中からしょうがを溶かして味変です。
しょうが合うんだね…加えたことで濃厚から少しスッキリ系に。一気に完食！
リピート確定！ご馳走様でした。
いつか北海道の彩未さんに行ってみたい。
