日本国内に拡がる84の紅い虎。その名は「紅虎（べにとら）
大陸に思いをはせつつ、日本で生まれ育ち、共存して四半世紀以上。家常菜（中国の家庭料理）にルーツを持ちながら、ここ日本人の舌で育（はぐぐ）まれ、街へ家庭へ馴染んでいった「紅虎スタイル」。鉄鍋棒餃子、黒担々麺、やみつき餃子、黒酢豚…。84すべての紅虎の厨房で、今日も料理人が手わざをふるう。 |
北九州の小倉駅で夕食になり、駅ビルアミュの上のレストラン街で、坦々麺が食べたくなり、ふらりと入りました。白胡麻坦々麺990円を注文しました。店内はチャイニーズレストランという感じの中国語のBGMが流れています。火曜日の19時過ぎなので、お客さんはチラホラです。6〜7分で出て来ました。まず肉味噌は冷たいです。スープはしっかりと白胡麻の味がついていて、少し平らな麺がしっかりと絡んで、美味しく頂きました。
