北九州市小倉北区の【SALVATORE CUOMO＆BAR 小倉】さんに伺いました。
場所はJR小倉駅小倉城口から2分ぐらいの「ダイワロイネットホテル小倉駅前」の1階。
他の店舗は何度か利用したことがありますが、こちらの店舗は初めての訪問。
友人とワインを飲もうということでこちらに伺いました。
21時前、お客さんの入りは4割ぐらいでした。
店内は広く、カウンター席とテーブル席、さらに個室も用意されているようです。
テーブル席に案内され注文。

4種のチーズピッツァのSサイズ(1,800円)
かみのやまカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン(4,000円)

ワインはすぐに提供され、ピッツァは10分ぐらいで提供されました。
ピッツァにははちみつがついていました。適当にかけながら頂きました。
ピッツァのチーズはゴルゴンゾーラ、エダム、サムソー、モッツアレラ、グラナパダーノの5種類がメニューに記載されていました。
Sサイズのピッツァは23㎝。
チーズはとろとろの仕上がりで、はちみちとの相性はとても良かった。
生地も美味しくて、2年ぶりにピッツァ食べましたが、ピッツァの味を楽しむことが出来ました。
山形県上山産のワインを友人がチョイス。
多少パンチのあるコクがありますが、カベルネソーヴィニヨンらしい香りや酸味、そして辛口に感じましたが、どれもはっきりしない味わいで、好みではありませんでした。
ワインが進まず、ピッツァの追加もせずにお店を後にしました。
お店は明るくてとても雰囲気が良かったです。
ピッツァ以外にもメニューがあり、さらに飲み物も豊富、駅近で立地も良く、使い勝手の良いお店のように感じました。
店員さんの接客は丁寧でした。
今回、ワイン選びに失敗しましたが、ピッツァは美味しかったので、【SALVATORE CUOMO】さんのどこかの店舗をまた利用したいと思いました。
